Need a little bit more than book editing?
Some manuscripts need something other than developmental editing. With the wide variety of steps in the book publishing process, this could look like help with an outline or to build out a specific character arc. As a freelance developmental editor, I love helping authors refine their story arc and smooth out their story elements. All of these services help make sure you're on track with your vision for your novel.
I can also help if you would like to get a sense of blurb writing or helping pitch your book to literary agents. If you're stuck, I can provide help in finishing your manuscript. In addition, if you need more the one round of developmental editing, this service might be for you.
Custom Editing Process might include:

✔ Refine Story Elements – I can help you develop any story element you need, whether it's refining a character arc, fleshing out your world, solidifying your theme, or restructuring your narrative; I'm here to provide the insight you need to overcome any narrative obstacles and get your story moving forward.
✔ Finish your book - Have you hit the 75% slump in your manuscript? Together, we can break you out of you own head and help get words on the page.
✔ Book Coaching – I work closely with authors to refine their books with positive and encouraging feedback.
